Booking Information & Policies

The Upper Deck requires a $500.00 non refundable deposit is required to reserve any date.  The deposit will be credited towards the final balance.

All guests must have an Upper Deck game ticket for entrance into the ballpark. Guests aged 5 and under are no charge. Our catering manager will make arrangements with you for distribution of your tickets before the game. Room charges must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks in advance of your party.  Menu selection and minimum guarantee are due no later than seven days preceding your party.  We will be happy to add any late confirming guests after these times.  Remember that all guests require a game ticket, and payment is due when added.All final charges, including host bar charges, are due the night of the event. Upper Deck parties start one hour before scheduled game time.  Unless other arrangements have been made, guests must enter through the stadium main gates.  Guests are free to roam the stadium but will be required to show their ticket before entering the Upper Deck.Our baseball menu consists of all of your picnic favorites; charbroiled hamburgers, hotdogs, bratwurst, BBQ chicken, baked beans and potato salad with cookies and ice cream sandwiches.

Your inclusive price of $31.00 per person includes room rental, game ticket and our all you eat buffet !
